Schupter’s flagship product in a new form
We have taken our proven 50-lb furnace and redefined its application. A 2 kW heating element, paired with a high-precision temperature controller, delivers a stable and immediately available supply of lead alloy. This is particularly valuable when casting large parts that require a narrow temperature window or when you simply want to avoid waiting after adding ingots.
Semi-automated process
The electromagnet-controlled pour valve is operated via a foot pedal, improving both safety and user comfort. This allows true two-handed operation when handling heavy molds, while an electronic timer ensures consistent filling instead of relying on instinct.
Versatile applications in a compact format
The machine accommodates molds up to 19 cm (7.5 in) in height and incorporates features that support precise, repeatable mold positioning for demanding applications. In addition to standard pour nozzles, we have introduced a quick-change high-flow option.
